Why Ireland?

My wife asked me last night if I could go anywhere in the world, where would I like to go? I thought for a few seconds and told her Ireland, England, or Scotland. She was reading something on one of the forums that she frequents and said that most of the respondents in the forum had chosen Italy as a place to go. I wouldn’t mind going there, I guess, but there is something about Ireland, England, and Scotland that holds my interest. I’m not sure what it is, yet, but maybe I’ll find out. The one thing I need to do, though, if I want to visit any of these places is to actually take steps to do it. Just wanting to do it isn’t enough. I need to do something to move me toward that goal, don’t you think?
