Well, every time I think I’ve met this goal, I walk past the candy aisle in the store and….poof! There it goes. I need to learn how to exercise restraint better.
On the plus side, this doesn’t happen QUITE as often as before. In general, I don’t eat as much candy at one time as before, and also, I’ve noticed my taste for sweet things overall has gone down.
So, let’s say we’re still working on it. ;)

I want to stop eating candy. Not all the time, but significantly less than I do now. I can easily eat a whole bag of tootsie-rolls all by myself in one sitting. I’m not fat, but if I keep this up I will be. And I always feel so awful after eating candy, it tastes good in the moment, but when I think about the health risks it’s not worth it. I’d rather be healthy.
Currently trying to find snack alternatives.
