But that was just over 18 months ago, and a lot has happened since, that actually stopped us from moving.
In 2007 we had given our house a new uplift just for selling purposes.
But after having a few ridiculous offers, and the fact we wasn’t just ready, we decided to cool – it – off and retain in the current home.
We tried to look for similar properties which could take our fancy.. But none really has.. I think it should be near to schools, and shops.. Town centre pref.. etc (I’ll make a checklist which we will be able to check)..
We have a HIP in place (we don’t however know whether it is valid or not due to the time)..
I think the main reasons for us to move is that we have quite snobby neighbours, whom are pathetic e.g. not parking in front of their house but ours, not using their dustbins but ours etc that’s 10% contributing to our desicion to move and find somewhere peaceful to live.
The house hunting will commence from autumn/winter 2009 (we hope)..
