~ I don’t drink soda every day any more. Mostly just water, & tea some times. When I do have a soda I now enjoy it a lot more too!
~ I didn’t stop eating foods I love. Just changed how much, & how often.
~ I don’t add salt to thing, unless it’s fries, or popcorn (which I don’t have often). I add black pepper to most meals
~ Been taking fiber Choice regularly. They be yummy!
~ I work out on my Wii Fit 5 times a week
~ Do at least 30 mins of steps 5 times a week
~ My yearly Eye’s check
~ Had blood tested & updated shots; I have low Thyroid problems, so I’m taking pills for it..
Need to do:
~ Reach my ideal weight..
~ Need to remember to take Vitamins..
~ Be better about brushing my teeth & floss.. :P
~ Need to get mouth check up & worked on. One filling fell out over a year, may two years ago (can’t remember any more)..
~ Should see a ear doctor …. :P
