Organize my iTunes library (rank, info etc.)

the new iTunes is great, but unfortunately….they cant recover most of the album covers….I have all these blank gaps and looks like I’ll have to do a lot of work to get those in there….

YAY! Lucky me, the new iTunes is coordinating every album cover to the album itself! Previously you had to upload the picture and apply it to each album song, if you had not bought the item on iTunes! It was going to take foreverrrrrr…..but they just recently fixed it, oh thank god. I was not looking forward to attaching an album pic to the remaining 4000 media items left!

I finally started dealing with THIS huge mess….its nice to get all the unlabeled stuff straightened out, get all the genres corrected (why is Nickelback labeled Rap, for some reason? lol) unfortunately my bf thinks ALL our music should get five stars, every song, so I cant really be objective and rate them all accordingly. Still though, with my incessant need for that kind of order, it feels good! :D I’ve taken all the album covers I saved in order to paste them into iTunes (as they do not show up on their own unless you buy directly from iTunes) and now they’re running on my screensaver, flashing for a few seconds before going on to another. Its the coolest screensaver I’ve ever had!!
