I directed a short movie of 3 min. but I think this is not be a director 3 years ago

I want to learn, not only at school, but also in a real movie set. I want to come up through the ranks and become a good director. I want to discover if I really have this talent, because this is the dream of my life and, if it does not work, I will have to completely rebuild my life.
