It has been a few days since my last post. I have been forced to stay at my Aunt’s and babysit her daughter. They don’t have a comp.. so =[ They don’t have a scale either. I almost have enought to buy one of my own… I need about 4 more dollars. =] I walked 4 miles yesterday and did 60 sit ups, 25 jack knifes, and 17 assists. Thanks to my family members being watchful, it is getting harder and harder to maintain my work out. The only place I can do it without some one complaining is at my Grandmothers, cuz she thinks it is good that I want to shed these excess pounds. Well, I must go. My parents are monitering my comp time now too. I only have like 15 – 20 minutes =[

Wow... Refreshing. 2 years ago

Yesterday, I was extremely tired. For the past week I have staying up until like 2 and 3 in the morning. Yesterday I got up a 6 in the morning and walked a mile and a half. Then, I went to sleep. I slept the whooooole day and wall last night. I woke up this morning feeling… Alive! Awake! Ready to do anything and everything. Today I plan to double my routine, because of the day I missed. I have can of chick broth that I am going to eat if I get hungry. It only has 15 calories. After that I am going to try and not eat anything. =] Wish me luck. Off to working out I go!! =]



Goal of 1 day fast, SUCESS! 2 years ago

That fast was sooooo easy. Monday I think I will try the 2 day fast. LoL. I am working with fasting slowly. I cut all my hair off yesterday. It was down below my butt, which drove me crazy when I was trying to do sit ups. Now it doesn’t even touch my shoulder, but it does go past my ears. I didn’t get to do much exercising yesterday. I did 30 jack knife sit ups, 20 cross crunches, and 30 regular sit ups. I ran a mile and a half. That’s it. =’[ My step dad had to be took to the ER, and I had to go with him. He had food poisoning (thank God I fasted yesterday, or I’d have it too!) and was dehydrated. I had to stay there fooorever! ‘Till like 11 last night, and by the time we got home, I just wanted to go to bed. It was freezing in the. I hate hospitals. I haven’t got to wiegh in forever. Last time I did I was 155. Hopefully it has gone down, but IDK. =’[ I need to buy a scale of my own so I can wiegh whenever I want. =/

I got a little lazy yesterday, 2 years ago

[REAL LIVE THINSPO.. idk who she is, but drool at the thinness]

but still dropped. When I wieghed last night, the scale said 157. Whoot. That finishes my goal of 5 pounds, now I need to start on the 10 pounds! I only ran a mile and a half yesterday. I didn’t do any DDR or diamond push ups, but I did do : 20 jumping jacks, 30 assist sit ups, 30 regular sit ups, 30 jack knife sit ups, 20 flutter kicks, 30 cross crunches. I biked for about 10 minutes. When I wieghed this morning, I was down to 155. This is easier than I thought. That is a total of 7 pounds in 3 days. Alot of it might just be water wieght, but still. My exercises must be working too, cus alot of my muscles are sore, especially my tummy muscles. I am not eating anything today to complete another goal. I also finished another book last night, putting me one step closer to my goal of 100 books.

Every since I have started this, I have seeing alot more clearly. I can focus on stuff. It is like I get a high off of exercising and sore muscles.

Yesterday, I got so upset after I logged off of here. I went to the scale and wieghed 162!!! >=[ At first I couldn’t figure it out. I have been wieghing in at 155-157 all week. Then, as I started cramping and with to the bathroom, I figured it out. My period came. Grrrrz. So, I was rather upset. Working out while cramping is not the best feeling while you are doing it, but when you lay down for bed and you feel all those sore muscles, it is so worth it. I ran 4 and a half miles. Then, I got some tips from my Army friend as to how to do certain exercises and make them burn more calories. I did : 30 cross crunches, 30 regular sit ups, 30 assist sit ups, 20 diamond push ups, 20 flutter kicks, and 30 jack knife sit ups. Finally, I took a shower. After my shower I wieghed… the scale said… drum roll 160! THAT’S 2 POUNDS!! Well, later that night I wrote to my DiAna (journal) and DDRed. In attempt to lose some of my arm flab I did a bunch of arm circles. I went to bed. I woke this morning, went to the bathroom, wieghed. The scale now says… drum roll 158!!! YES!! 4 pounds gone!! And when this damn period goes away, it ought to be less, shouldn’t it? I hope so.

How much water do you guys drink a day? I am drinking 2 liters or more a day . Do you guys suggest more? What vitamins do you take. I am taking Prenatal. No, I am not pregnate, but I hear it is the best. What exercises do you do daily? What works best? What burns most calories?

This weekend I did sooooo much in just the little time. Saturday, I spent the whoooole day DDRing, but around 6:00 p.m. I went to my grandmother’s house and used her treadmill to run half a mile and then she made me go in. =/ Then, when I went in, I did 30 sit-ups. Sunday, I woke up and DDRed. Then, my grandmother took me to church, which normally I hate. I feel out of place at big social gatherings.. =\ But, there was this absolutely beautiful, extremely thin girl there. She was wearing a thin shirt, and I could see her spine and ribs. She was sooo tiny and thinspiring! Then, my grandmother let me drive home (my first time driving ever!!) it was kind of scary at first, but I got it good. When we got home, I DDRed and ran a mile and a half. Then, we decided we wanted to go ride in the paddle-boat, which is this boat thing that you have to paddle like a bicycle. So we did that until my little brother and grandmother got tired of it. It was a good hour or so and I did most of the work. They got tired of paddling quickly. Then, because I drove so good earlier, my grandmother let me drive home from the pond. =] Then we went home and I ran another half mile. Then, I DDRed more. Then I did : 30 sit-ups, 30 assist situps, 30 cross crunches, DDR more. After that I finally got my double flared 2 guage tunnels in. Not that that matters to most of you, but I have been working all week trying to get those in! Then I found out that i passed the 8th grade and will be a Freshman in Highschool when school starts back =]

Okay this is getting long…

How are you guys doing? I really would like to know. Leave me some comments. Tips and stuff help too. Do you know any really good exercises you’d like to share? ;]

Hello Maties,
I have been doing this basically by myself for a month and a half now, and now I need support. My ring size went from a size 9 to a size 7, so it must be working.. Today I have had roughly 75 calories (a very small piece of Angle Food Cake) I hope I burned most of that off. I DDRed for a while, and I will be doing more DDR later. My daily work out includes, but is not limited to : 30 Sit-ups, 15 Assist Sit-ups, 20 Flutter Kicks, 1 hour of DDR and running when ever I get the chance. I try not to eat much, and it being summer and all, I don’t really have to. My ‘rents are at work all day except for on weekends. I just make a mess of the kitchen and throw out food and they never know. On the weekends, (like today) I have to be extra careful. I wouldn’t have eaten that piece of cake if I wasn’t afriad my mom would be suspicious (seeing as it is my fave desert).

Stats =

height:5’2
was:170 (grrrooooosss)
now:152 (still gross)
lost: 18
want to be: somewhere between 95 or 125
want to be finished by: end of Ausgust

I currently don’t have a scale, so I am not sure if my current wait is correct, that’s just the last time I wieghed in May. I wont be able to update my current wieght often, but I am saving up money to buy a scale so.. soon maybe…
