I was generally annoyed that my right knee wasn’t up to it. Am I already to rusty to get back in shape? I hope not. Beside the little knee anoyance I was happy my first week is gone – next week is a challenge. I have to double the time running. 2 minuttes walking 2 minuttes running 5 times.

I finally started the programm. To day i walked for 2 minuttes ran for a meager 1 minute – but happy it wasn’t longer and repeated that 6 times. Then belly workout and some pushups for another 10 minuttes. Shattered my ego. More to come…
I realized eating less ain’t enough. Excercise and burn fat is the better target. Endorhine rush. So my wife gave me yesterday a pair of jogging shoes. And today I embark on this journey. It’s 28 years that I’ve been lazy.
