Well I have looked up some stuff on the web and I found out that I can caculate the amount of calories my body needs to maintain it’s wait and lose weight. Here is how it breaks down:
Basal Metabolic Rate:
(your wieght)x12 = Basal Metabolic Rate
Activity
((your wieght)x1/3)x(how many hours your awake) = Activity
Required Calories:
(Basal Metabolic Rate)+(Activity) = Calories needed to maintain your weight.
To lose weight you just subtract about 500 calories from that and then exercise 500 more calories and you will lose about 2 pounds a week.
