Waking up earlier has not been working out for me…

I think I could sleep 15 hour-days. I’ve been totally useless at work, my boss, taking over many responsibilities, thus leaving me with a reasonable workload…

It’s crazy… All I want to do is sleep. I go home and I sleep. I wake up, do a task for 5 minutes then fall asleep. I tell myself, let’s lie down for 10 minutes, but actually sleep for 4 hours…

I seem to remember, back in school, at this time of the year, between Mid-February and June, I would be totally dead and didn’t use to have enough gaz in me left to do just the minimum… Could be a seasonal thing or my own personal cycle…

The other day, I got through workout by taking a shot of expresso! Hehe, funnily enough, it was a blast and ended doing much more than I usually do…

Been off of caffeine for a while, which may also explain the drowsyness…

Anyway, I guess the point is, I should keep monitoring these cycles so I can better remedy them… Caffeeine helps… Bit a sun helps… What else…



The Unbearable Heavyness of Being 8 months ago

Most people amaze me with their ability to juggle daily living, what with their full-time jobs, children to raise, mortgage to pay, parents to care for, and even the little things, bringing their lunch to work, waking up early enough to have breakfast, work out!

I’m having trouble just handling my small self (and my cat), a reasonable albeit difficult-at-times job and basic tasks like cooking,dishes…

I’m working on having enough energy just to do the minimum! I truly envy those people who seem to have everything under control.

Step 1 I guess is as simple as waking up early to get a a few things done…
