Waking up earlier has not been working out for me…
I think I could sleep 15 hour-days. I’ve been totally useless at work, my boss, taking over many responsibilities, thus leaving me with a reasonable workload…
It’s crazy… All I want to do is sleep. I go home and I sleep. I wake up, do a task for 5 minutes then fall asleep. I tell myself, let’s lie down for 10 minutes, but actually sleep for 4 hours…
I seem to remember, back in school, at this time of the year, between Mid-February and June, I would be totally dead and didn’t use to have enough gaz in me left to do just the minimum… Could be a seasonal thing or my own personal cycle…
The other day, I got through workout by taking a shot of expresso! Hehe, funnily enough, it was a blast and ended doing much more than I usually do…
Been off of caffeine for a while, which may also explain the drowsyness…
Anyway, I guess the point is, I should keep monitoring these cycles so I can better remedy them… Caffeeine helps… Bit a sun helps… What else…
