get acupuncture

I had to miss the one 2 wks ago – bad driving conditions – I tried but had to turn around – I was so scared!

Tomorrow though – I’m going to ask about helping to build the immune system. I have a small cold building, and am willing to try most anything to get rid of it. speaking of which – I better get to bed!!!

the acupuncturist was great, had dozens of needles first on the front of my body, then on my back. Had them in my head, arms, torso, legs and feet. I was a pin cushion. barely felt most of them, and they were halfway in. That is deep. I was only really aware of a 2 or 3 at a time, not that they hurt,really, just aware. I had to remind myself to lay very still. It was great and hopefully I will be back in 2 weeks, if they can get me in.

Going for my first appointment tomorrow…can’t wait!
