Yes acreage. For my Tidbitz Cottage. Where I will have a greenhouse, pet shelter, man made pond, Bed & Breakfast and my own personal cottage.
Not just any old piece of property

I want to own acres, at least 15 and I want a pond or creek. I would love a year round creek but wet creek is fine too. Pond is a plus…..Must be in Tennessee or Kentucky. I want to be able to farm or grow my own food. Use solar power or alternative energy. It should have some mature trees, not logged in at least 15 years and I prefer it to be really really rural. I would love a few fruit trees or an old orchard. Prefer some old buildings or even a little house. I wont spend more than $100,000 and I want it by the end of the year.
