I spend so much time dealing with anxious or stressed out people in my line of work. By the end of the day, I am frazzled and dislike everyone. What I would like to do is be able to, while in the moment, just step back and see the person, and appreciate them as they are. Not allow stress and negative energy and habit – block my heart from the goodness potential. Plus, if I can see the goodness in others, in times of great stress…I imagine that I would naturally be less stressed. Now that would be excellent.
