Like many people here, I was unsure if I should mark this goal as done as I missed a number of the challenges due to work constraints. However I still got a lot out of the six weeks and I take more notice of things like stress levels, eating habits, calming thoughts, breathing properly, decluttering living spaces, exercise etc etc. So even though I missed some of the daily challenges, I’m still giving this the big tick as I could take positive aspects away from it.
Thanks for all the support from everyone over the last six weeks – I hope you all had some form of personal success from this :)

Week 2 Summary
Relax For Day 1 I actually had a day off as it was a public holiday. I couldn’t have a nice relaxing bath as I don’t have a bath in my apartment! However I did have a very nice long shower where I pampered myself by exfoliating and doing a face mask and various other lovely things.
Happy Meals I generally eat quite well, especially during the week, so I found this task easy. My favourite meal for the day was smoked salmon and avacado on toasted organic rye bread with a sprinkling of cracked pepper.
Mindless eating I have to admit I do this sometimes. I have since made a conscious effort to minimise it!
Exercise you body and mind I generally do quite a bit of walking and running, but today in addition to my usual afternoon exercise, I also played football in the morning with the guys at work.
Restful pose This Yoga pose is great! For an additional stretch (or laugh), once in the position, flip your legs off the wall and over your head (so your body is in a u-bend). See if you can touch the floor past your head with your feet. Enjoy :)
Looking forward to Week 3!

Week 1 summary
A room of your own I have an open plan apartment, so rather than making a room my sanctuary, I made my whole apartment one. It’s the place I escape to after work and when I want peace and quiet. Not living in a busy city has it’s advantages too, as there isn’t much traffic noise and no loud neighbours.
Declutter This for me was cleaning my apartment. I went through and placed everything back in it’s home before I did a thorough clean.
Balance Due to the nature of my work, I spend a lot of time AT work. The balance for me is spending ME time when I’m away from work and not feeling guilty about it.
What makes me happy This actually ties into an ongoing issue I’ve got at the moment with trying to figure out what job to do next. I’ve been weighing up all the pro’s and con’s of each, deciding which path will make me happier. Unfortunately this isn’t something I can achieve in a day, but I’m working towards it slowly.
Set realistic goals Again I’ve related this to my work.
So a good first week. A nice clean apartment, time spent on non-work related activities (reading/painting etc) and assessing what I want to get out of my job next. Looking forward to all the challenges this week :)
