I finally plucked the courage to weigh myself last weekend and I was pleasantly surprised as I’d already met the mini-goal I’d set for myself for the end of Feb. I then tried on the ball gown that I’ll be wearing at the end of Feb and it fits fine – in fact if anything it’s probably a bit loose!
I’m almost ready to tick off the WMR programme goal as I’m more or less at the weight I was before the Christmas period. However I still have a few kilos to go before reaching this main one. I’ve shifted my goal weight left a few kilos due to dancing – I’m getting to the level in dancing where I do a lot of dips and other moves where the guy holds all of the females weight – so I figure I can help them out a bit in this way!
Very happy with my progress to date though – must be all the running and dancing!

completed in conjunction with the WMR programme. Since I got back from Nonnas at Christmas time I’ve been working towards this to try to shake off my Christmas kilos (thanks Nonna! haha). I’m three weeks in now and going well. To be honest I haven’t weighed myself yet, but I can tell from the way my clothes are fitting that all my sensible eating and exercise is paying off. I have a mini-goal which I’d like to reach before the end of Feb as I have a ball to go to and I want my ball gown to fit me nicely! I’ll weigh myself about a week prior to the ball to see if I’ve made my mini-goal (although in all honesty it’s got more to do with how my dress fits than with what the scales say, still it’s nice when they read out the number you want!).
The WMR programme will be be completed before this one, as the WMR programme is aiming to get me back to where I was before Christmas, whereas my goal weight is another couple of kilos below that and will put my BMI back to 22. I’d estimate I’ve got about another 5 kilos to go to tick off both of these goals.
