I just ran to my school and back which is probably a mile all together. I feel so good!!! I feel so accomplished!!! Im gunna do that everyday from now on!!! That was the 1st time i ever did something like that. Im wore out but it was great! Im 12 and i think thats pretty good for my age.
I know this will be good exersice itself. But Im am going to a swimming party this weekend. Im in Jr.High, and im scared everyone will make fun of me because im fat. I dont want ppl starring at me. I want to lose a few pounds b4 the party. Everyone says im skinny but I just need to lose a few pounds cuz im not tht fat. But im fatter than some of the other kids. :( help!!! I dont know wat to do!!
Im doing 50 sit ups every night but i cant get the lower part of my stomach :-[. the top looks good but the bottom is fat!! lol Im sick of it idk wat to do….track season is over. Im ticked!!
ok iv’e been doing some ab couch crunch workout thingy but its only getting my upper ab, Whats a good exersice for lower ab?
i know everyone asks this but can i have tips i keep doing ths exersice 100 cruches 100 situps everynight but still i keep gaining wieght well… fat :( and i eat salads at school for lunch thats all i eat actually letuce with buttermilk ranch and crackers thats all.and breakfast i eat hunny nut cheerios with no added sugar. for dinner i usually some kind of nasty roast stuff :(

hi im 12 and last time i wieghed myself i was 105lbs but sice it snowed i was outside playing for 3 hours srait ssooo… i think i lost quite a bit of wieght cuz now my pants are falling down like crazy and i think i built leg muscle because running up those hills to slay ride builds up muscle.I do 100 situps every night and 50 crunches ssooo i think im doin ok…im pretty slim but a lil bit of fat any ideas on how to improve?
