sounds strange, but i’d like to explain:
i filled out a character-test some month ago and it told me that my temperament was ‘Idealist’.
Well, there’s not really much wrong with it but one thing made me start thinking: Idealists are incurable romantics who prefer to focus on what might be, rather than what is.
Is that the best possible way? Future is always quite unsure – so is it worth it to wait & hope for something that probably might never be, instead of gaining happiness through something that is perhaps not perfect, but actually tangibly?
I’ve been waiting for perfect things all my life, but i really much told myself that from now on, i want to live here and now.
