My wonderful little girlfriend in Perth hooked me up with some fantastic boxing classes at the local gym, which also happened to belong to a friend of hers http://www.bat1health.com.au ,

We go every Wednesday and although already Saturday, I still feel like a chicken Schnitzel. The warming up program alone sends you into a world of pain and satisfaction.

Starter Program 16 months ago

So,

I have been doing 86 leg-raises daily and will up it by 10% next month.

Also was able to keep my minimum of daily 5km (3miles) walks intact. Now, however under the burning Spanish sun, which mercilessly tries to destroy my plans!

Well, anyhow – lots of improvements made, plus my beautiful Shakir provides daily fresh fruit juices and extra vitamins for me. :)

Apple Bottom versus Six Pack 17 months ago

I have a nice little tum tum, however today I dicovered for my girly 53.8kg I am on not so shameful 18.8% body fat. My scales are probably not perfect, BUT a good indicator.

A visit to the beach inspired me to take up a few exercises again, as alas – the blondies next to me had perfect apple bottoms. What that has to do with my abs? I loathe butt exercises and will try to compensate with a shiny tummy! HA!
