I actually restarted this goal (after adding it quite some time ago) at the beginning of this semester. I’ve been in Pilates for at least half a semester and so far the weight loss is a no go. In fact I’ve actually gained weight! I think Pilates alone is maybe slowing down my metabolism or something. Guess I’m going to have to kick up the cardio and start working on one of my other “things” and stop eating junk food! Good luck to the rest of you!!

I’m a bit overweight. I admit it. So one of my goals is to loose 30! I must remember to exercise and eat natrual food instead of artery cloging food!
