open a cafe

I don’t have the money to seriously consider this yet, but I’m working in the right direction. I’ve enrolled in school starting Spring Quarter to finish up my training as a baker. In one or two years we’ll sell the house and buy something much smaller and cheeper. I plan to use the surplus from the sale to help me open my business.

This is the big one. This is what I want to do the most. I have worked as a barista and a baker, but running a business is a whole different skill set. It’s hard to know how to tackle this.
