stop cursing

this seems to be a really bad habit for me to break because when im angry it just comes out and right now im at an angry point and i backed tracked from my goal but im still trying because i kno its for the best

I set the goal to stop cursing by 1/31 but here where are today the 31st and im still cursing i admit but truthfully i am much better than i use to be… i dont curse as much and im starting to be aware of when and why i do curse which will make it easier for me to stop..im still trying and i will complete this goal by my bday which is 4/21

ive set my goal to stop cursing by jan.31,2009 so this is something that i must accomplish now that ive set a time frame on it.
today i substituted words for my cursing
shit=sugar
fuck=fudge
ass=apple
i have been doing better, i havent been cursing as much since i set this goal and hopefully i will meet by goal by the time frame that i set

i curse so much that i dont even notice that im doing it which makes it worst. i have a 3yr old son ive heard him say a curse or two so i definitely need to stop
