I know I have been a bit lax on this. Problem is, access to the master bedroom has been sticky since my wife kicked me out.
I have gone to eating six times a day again. This has helped.

I weighed 162.5. This was largely due to the marathon I completed.
I also changed my living situation, so my meal intake is less than regular.

“This goal used to be weigh 155.5 lbs by Dec 1st, 2008.
Obviously, that goal has sailed.
I’m now going to weigh in every Tuesday morning with the intention of weighing less (even if it’s only 1/2 pound).
That which gets measured, gets improved.

I’ve cut down on fast food.
Apparently, my weight has dropped with my mood.

I seem to be caught in a range between 159-163
I am going to experiment with thinking that everytime I get on the scale, I’m weighing in at 170 (the most I ever weighed).
I am going to see what that does to my internal weight thermometer.

Also, I hit the elliptical and 20 minutes on the stair master.
