Not been doing good lately. I guess it’s because I’m pretty tired and that work creates tension in my back. Can’t say that my confidence is ‘sky high’ either.

Like with everything else it is useful to look at someone who can (whatever you want to learn) and simply copy what that person is doing. I know someone who has irritatingly perfect posture, not too tense, not too relaxed. So instead of being jealous I use it to my advantage – simply trying to copy it – and it works for me :) So, in your face, I can learn too ;)
My mother said, out of the blue, that my posture has improved a lot. I havn’t even told here I’m trying, so I guess I’m moving forward :)
..has been killing me these past weeks. I know that it is because of my work, a lot of heavy lifting. Now I am constantly tense which makes it even harder to stand up straight. Think I need a massage or something.
This is silly, but today I put together an outfit that I was extremely proud of. It just felt like my style from top to toe. I think it gave a little boost to my confidence ‘cause according to my mother my posture was great and I was “shining” (you know, happy for no reason).
I don’t think that nice clothes are the solution to my problem, but the way I felt when I wore them a part of it. I can’t wear the same clothes every day so hopefully there are other “confidence boosters†out there ;)
As my mother and grandmother constantly reminds me: I have lousy posture, and I hate it! It makes me look insecure and sad. I have no idea why my shoulders wants to sack but apparently, when I am feeling positive and full of energy my posture is great!
Perhaps it is a state of mind as much as a physical fact. It is tough though, since you easly forget to sit and stand straight, it isn’t something you are supposed to think about, it should come naturally. But I need changes to get to that point!
