Go to bed about 9.30 and wake up at 6am at the latest!
Something I do all the time is go ‘oh my gosh i’m so exhausted that i can’t acctually do anything…’ and then i stay up watching tv!! I don’t get it!! So this year I have to just cut out TV on school nights! There is too much work and other constructive things to do!
Also, when I’m worn down from assessments etc. I should REST MORE, so go to bed even earlier so it doesnt build up the entire term until I get sick!
I’m going to have to gradually start this goal now. Cause I’m on holidays and I stay up until like 1 and way up around 10 or 11. I need to get into the rhythmn and also wake up earlier so i can get all the work done before school starts!
