improve my vocabulary

I read a lot, and i think that’s the number 1 way to improve your vocab.
The thing is my vocabulary didnt really ever get much better because i would always just skip over words i didnt understand.
I HATE looking things up in the dictionary because its such a disturbance to reading!
Anyway, my mum got this cool little gadget a little while ago – its a tiny electronic dictionary/thesaurus. You type in the word and it gives you the meaning. This was so much easier and i couldnt believe how many words that i just wasnt sure of!
On this thing, you can also put in a wordlist for yourself to look over. Its really cool.
This can all be done with dictionaries and stuff, so yeah, if you have the means, look into this little do hickey, but if you dont – looking everything up seems to work really welL!
