It’s where I stay off of the internet for an entire day.. period. I’ve done this before and it was beneficial.. instead of mindlessly searching about on the internet, , I would be focusing on God more, would learn self-discipline, and would just plain have more time for other things. I don’t like how I get sucked into this and how it memorizes me for hours!

I am thinking doing this maybe once or twice a week .
