That’s what comes to mind here?, I always ,well not always but once I meditated, yet when I was meditating I was on the benefit, no tell a lie I was working too, I’ve worked, I need to lighten up on myself…I met a grasshopper and a moth whom I asked…”and what are you here to teach me?, in each case I received love of a form that was necessary and ‘practical’ at that nexus of contact. The grasshopper said “lighten up dude” (he/she just said lighten up I added the dude..), i said How?...”in your special way” aahhh . each time the energy is what made the connection real, the message real, I guess it is the same with love, it is the connection and feeling that make love real, so to love really love ..BE L O V E.
