I need to exercise.

I haven’t been on a threadmill in months. I actually almost enjoyed running on it and even if all I can do was 25-30 mins or walking 30-1 hr. I need to build up my stamina. Doesn’t hurt to look nicer too. Making time to do this is part of the obstacle..:(
