This Is Going to be Hard

So, to begin, I must say that I have practically no arm strength. I can hardly do 20 “girl pushups” – the kind where you use your knees. This is partly due to my weight, which I am also currently working on. But I fully intend to be able to 50 real pushups. Right now, though, I can do maybe 3. No joke. Here we go…
