say yes more

the Saturday spin class my students want me to teach. they want me to teach a Saturday class in the morning. not my thing, but i should have said yeas just because i am lazy and should get up in the morning like normal people! I tell them yes on a start date in April.

I said yes to almost everything today, except for Indian takeout with my boyfriend. But today was easy cause very few of the things that were asked of me weren’t things I was going to do anyway. I almost said no to training a client at 9am cause it was to close to my own training, but then I realized that i was being lazy and said yes!

I find that I usually say no if I am scared or am being lazy, so that’s why i am going to say yes!
