tonight and this weekend, my due date is fast approaching. I may have underestimated how long this would take, ugh! I hate cardio. It’s a good thing I have another goal to get ripped and scary lean.

but after overcoming many obstacles to completion(woke late, internet and magazine distraction, meal timing and exercise), I failed my module test by 1 answer(I am required to pass each quiz by 100%) and won’t be able to redo it until i finish the whole course!
Ugh! Anyway, I still made progress, and much of the reading for module 6 is the same as module 5, so I should pass 6.

not literally of course, but i need to complete module 5 or else i will be risking the serious consequence of an hour of steady state cardio for everyday I am overdue on my challenge. so it’s not death, but it’s close.
I was already certified. I let my cert lapse cause I got ill and didn’t train people for 4 years. I know more now than I ever have about training, so I am pretty unmotivated to finish, because it is mostly going over basics or using info that is a touch outdated. Still, to be able to take any clients or train at the studio I am now teaching classes at, I must get my cert!
So here I am on Module 4 of 12 and I started in December, so I should have finished by now. I am missing opportunities because of my lack of certification, which has finally lit a fire under my butt.
I made a personal challenge to have my certificate by March the 20th.
I tried to study today, ended having to run some important errands and train a client, so unfortunately that didn’t work out. I am going to do some intense studying Sunday. I am going to try on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday if I have time, and definitely Wednesday and Friday.
