Monday and Tuesday a loop with the Bob, Wednesday and today a loop by myself. I’m still nowhere near running the the whole distance – which is a huge disappointment; but at least my stride is more comfortable and the distances I am able to run are getting longer. Not by much, but I’m finishing the loop quicker everytime (I think).
My current goal is to be able to run this loop without stopping by my birthday. I think I can do it.

Thursday and Friday I mostly walked, with some short run intervals. The loop I’m doing is between 2 and 2.5 miles.
Today I did that loop twice with the Bob. Mostly walked-the second run interval i tried caused knee pain. So, I’m not progressing nearly as fast as i would like, but at least it’s something.
I heard about a half marathon in October (Spirit of Pgh, I think). I don’t know if I will make it this one, but I’m trying for it.
