I’d really rather simply buy them. Buying, however, is not going to happen. I can not find them for sale here in Florida, not even at the fancy grocery. and they aren’t on sale on Line either. But, there are recipes on Line. The ones I love are made in Pawtucket RI by Catanzaros.
I am not a good baker or cook. This will be a challenge, I think I shall have to invest in a cookie sheet as well.
I like that they are a fairly low calorie snack that goes great with coffee…just sweet enough but not very sweet. It would be good to learn to make these, as it would be a great thing to bring to the multitude of get togethers for work and such.
So we’ll see how this goes. I think I may eliminate the pepper, it doesnt seem to be in the catanazos…
