In cleaning out my goals, this has been one of my favorite goals… but after 138 or so entries I think I can safely say “I’ve done this” I’m going to replace it with another exersise related goal…but not sure yet what.
I feel like I am losing a dear friend in saying, “I’e done this” for this goal!

Did 30 minutes with Brendan. I love him more than I should I swear. He was faintly amused by me a little high on cold meds trying to do the squats properly….

ran 2.10 miles

crunches 80.

thats all, and it was more than enough.

ran 2.3 miles today at a pace which was unknown to me.

Nothing more. I have some sort of cold/flu funk, so I’m pleased that I ran at all, especially considering the gray rain that it involved.

Will try to do theraband exersises.

I had a cute image but really I have tried to upload this post now 4 times…and its sort of a long one.

SO today I felt so annoyed and ill, had to wait almost 2 hours to get a car inspection, though it was good that I did that, because I had a nail in my tire. I never for the life of me can figure out where the nail came from. I mena nails are not commonly strewn across the roadways.

Today:
200 crunches

4.6 miles, took about 50 minutes. I was slow slow, had to walk a little.

1.8 miles on the bicycle 5 mins.

and swimming 15 mins.

My headache is gone and I feel much better.

Just couldn’t get it together.

So I did my training with B this am, a good arm workout.

ther rest had to wait, as I had to get working.
TOmorro I plan on doing somethings and also maybe on Sat and sun, even though I have work….

FIrstly, do I count the 30 min session of theraband work and jumping with weight as an exersise session?

Secondly today, I misplanned horribly.

so I ran 1.5 miles and was almost late to work.

Was going to run tongiht, but then got the message regarding need to clean house for apartment so, I did that instead.

Now tomorro I am indeed going to have to run post work.

OK, if I can just get through thursday, things may improve.



Numero Cuatro.

Meant this to be a race day but as odds were against me….

this is what happened instead.

4.2 miles running about a 10.45 pace throughout.

20 crunches ( I fell off the crunch wagon, I swear it!)

10 mins rowing on the rower. 1450 metres.

maybe 20 mins doing upper body resistance exersise.

Have a funny pulling in my right leg. Started out last night as a “charley horse” after I shivered from not having the heat on in 30 degree weather…
thought it was better, and didn’t note it again until now. Will pay careful attention to that!
unfortunate about no racing, but well, I did indeedy do a run.



Number 3

I debated for an hour today while I was in class, go or not go to the gym. At the same time i began to crave intensely microwave butter popcorn and oreos.

Went to the gym instead, thank goodness!

100 crunches

1000 metres rowing. 60 cals

3.2 miles on treaddie 360 cals

3 sets of 30 second to 40 seconds of holding this position….

and thats it. I really have to plan better, because I keep getting to the gym at water aerobics time….
ah well…one has to keep going.



#2 for the week

After a day where just about everything went wrong….

this went right.

ran 4.25 miles

80 crunches

one set of difficult pilates poses.
One set of resistance exersise (shoulders)

15 mins swimming.

It felt really nice. Yay me. Inner smile activated. Less anxiety nice nice.
