2 days after my challenge goal goes off, I’ve done it.
Well. :( still coffee with no nice soy milk and sugar.
Glad its done and now I can move on to a very similar goal.

2 days after my challenge goal goes off, I’ve done it.

I actually intended this goal to run until Tuesday when I officially get weighed by my trainer, but I guess I shortchanged myself. We’ll see what happens tomorro…
Aaaaah I hate the idea of giving up the coffee…It was an excellent challenge, and I will definitely feel the consequences.
there’s a chance. to complete the goal intime I need to lose in 2 days about 0.6 pound. Possible? Maybe, not so sure, but I’m trying because I do NOT want to give up the coffee with additives. Grrrrrr. Silly goal.
It looks as if I may have to give up coffee. I was so close to this goal that I thought it would be a snap, then voila, a certain monthly even thappened and I seem to have gained a bit of water weight. So, we shall see, just to clarify, I can not give up coffee….just the caloric additives. I don’t need to give myself a caffiene headache as well….
we’ll see. there’s a chance yet, but not a big one.
to go and I can change thie goal. to lose another ten.
It’s taken me forever to shed these 10 pounds (Again…) and I have to do a visit to my family (Again) in February, which is how I essentially gained back the 10 by getting off schedule. So…I’m going to try to not have that happen (Again)...
This time I am cooking, and thats that.
Still it feels very nice to be so close to achieving this one.

somehow, yesterday I had a ton of energy and the weight just came off…
not the whole 5…
I have 2 pounds left in this goal. I am tempted to put a “challenge” by when on it, but that seems dangerous for me.
I’m just so happy to be back down to somewhat normal for me.
after I lose these 10, there are about 10 -15 more to go…unless the muscle starts weighing lots.

This time it’s rough going. I’m afraid of food lately, not all foods, but just the suspect ones…I look at it, thinking, Is this going to cause me to gain a pound??
but at least I only have 5 left in the goal!!
now have 6 pounds to go with this goal. The soy milk thing is working out, as well as continuing to pay attention to my eating and attempting to increase the intensity of my gym workout.
I am hoping that the 6 will slip off a little faster than the first four. we’ll see.
This is one of the first days I’ve used Soy Milk instead of creamer in my coffee. It doesn’t change the coffee color to that creamy white, but it tastes OK. In fact, I got the Vanilla Soy so I have to add less sugar to the cup.
I think this will really help.
