If enlightenment is the goal, I think meditation is the way. I am pursuing it very strongly now.

Things are moving along very quickly, in terms of both my activities and the support I am getting from my Advisory Team. I am collecting my thoughts here in this Handbook as I go through this research. I am very excited about it.
