So now I have cut out all bread products and refined sugar.
For some reaon I feel like I can think clearer, this has been in the last few days and I wonder if it is related to my new diet.

Today was day 1 of no sugar,
This just means no refined sugar and not the sweet sweet natural sugar thats in fruit
I want to do this for two weeks, I hope I can last :-)
It is hard to make or break old habits. I really need more self discipline to achieve a healthy life.
Self discipline to give up caffeine, self discipline to do many things.
I have changed my behaviours in the past, I know I can do it again.
My job hinders my ability to be a healthier person. I am not just saying this, it really does. I don’t know if other people do the same as me & maybe this is just a normal lifestyle?
I leave my home at 6:45 in the morning and I get home anywhere between 7 and 10pm at night. I often work 6 days a week and work at home on Sunday.
I have been drinking a lot of coffee at work to stay alert and awake. I never have time to eat lunch, I usually eat a fruit bar as I don’t have time for anything else. I don’t really feel happy with my fruit bar for lunch and I often feel hungry in the afternoon and early evening.
Going to the bathroom is a problem as I don’t have time.
I don’t remember if this is normal or not? Perhaps I am whinging and no one is listening as this is their life too.
In the last few days I have made a big discovery, I thought I was of about average health.
Now I am discovering that I am actually pretty unhealthy.
My food, exercise, social contact, spiritual sense of self and lifestyle activities could all improve.
I guess I have two choices I can remain the same or I can change. Change is not the easiest option.
I want to live life.
