Well, I completed all my goals for last week, which is fabulous!
This week is just so busy and it’s only Wednesday. It’s just one of those weeks you have to get through and be incredibly time efficient. Thank goodness for friends.

My goals for this week are
1. Let it be easy
2. Stay warm
3. Exercise
4. Complete 3 work goals
5. Be number 10 again
6. Complete unit two- finally
7. Do EFT 25 times

This week I want to
1. Meet with the real estate agent once,
2. Make an appointment with a mortgage broker
3. Continue working on unit 2 (which turns out to be a lot longer than expected)
4. Read
5. Celebrate life
6. Leave work on time
7. Reduce or cut out all sugar
8. Visualise
9. Sleep enough
10. Check out what’s happening with my student loan
Wish I could get off this treadmill, only 68 days till I am on holiday.
The next two weeks are going to be busy and then it will hopefully start to settle down.
Out of the ten goals I set for myself last week, I achieved 7/10, so not bad considering the time constraints in my life.
This week my goals are;
1. Really really complete unit 2
2. Read 100 pages
3. Exercise three times
4. Throw out three items of clothing
5. Make some new friends
6. Relax & have a facial
7. Visualise things
8. Do EFT 25 times
9. Sleep 9 hours a night
10.Think about paying off my student loan . . .
Last week I completed 8/10 goals.
This week my goals are building on last weeks goals;
1. Complete unit 2
2. Go to the doctors
3. Read
4. Exercise three times again
5. Clean my house
6. Throw out a few clothes
7. Make some new friends
8. Watch some TV
9. Take the time to relax
10. Fix your black shoes
Out of last weeks goals I completed 3/8.
So this weeks goals are now
1. Sew on button
2. Exercise three times
3. Go through that pile of papers
4. Complete some of unit 2
5. Apply for a course (maybe this isn’t such a great idea)
6. Make an appointment
7. Make some new friends
8. Get more sleep
9. Get my work under control
10.Relax
A week is from monday to sunday
This week my goals are-
1. Write 5 reply emails
2. Pay my tax bill
3. Go through that pile of papers
4. Complete unit 2
5. Apply for course
6. Read 100 pages of something
7. Make an appointment
8. Contact some new friends
