this is my priority at the moment 19 months ago

its not always easy to do, I am trying for an hour a day
I have found a few internet sites useful,
I am a little scared of swimming too much because of the chlorine, I am not quite sure if this is justified or not,

it’ amazing how much extra time you have to exercise when your television and internet is broken at the same time,
I am considering disconnecting my cable and Internet service at home and just continue to use the Internet only at work, I am not sure as yet, is the Internet really a necessity at home? Maybe I can’t live without it . . . maybe not . . .

My work has a running machine and a ping pong table
I am setting a goal to use the running machine 5 days a week for 40 minutes each day,
Also Spring is beginning so its time to get back in the pool

Yoga classes clashes with Korean classes, so no decision there yet . . .
Thursday- swimming
Friday- does dancing & drinking count?
Saturday- day of rest
Sunday- lots of walking (shopping)
Monday- swimming & gym
Tuesday- swimming
Wednesday- swimming
Every day I try to increase the number of laps I swim, at the moment I am sitting relatively constant at about 70 laps, not bad

Sunday- walked maybe 10 km in total
Monday- power walk, swimming
Tuesday- swimming
Wednesday- swimming then went to gym

Today I am signing up for a yoga class

Monday- swimming
Tuesday- aerobics and lots and lots of walking
Wednesday to Sunday- Just too busy! work, meetings and different events to attend,
I hope to do more this week,

I can’t believe it’s been 8 weeks since I started doing this, I have found I just have to get up and exercise now
