date

Well almost 2 years’ now since I have been on a date. I’m just laughing.

I haven’t been on a date in 1 year 4 months and will be going on my first date in that length of time the first week of September with a guy I have been chatting with for 6 and a half months. It will be exciting :)

So the last time I went on a date was in March of this year currently 2006.
I have been so busy with my other goals that I have no time for this. I’m affraid that if I don’t make time I will wind up old and by myself… I just find that every time I open myself to dating I am disappointed. Usually the other person wants one thing and I’m just not into being a traveling whore.
So… I would like to go on quality dates.. quanity does not matter to me. I will sacrifice quanity for quality. Just to go out and have fun doing something without all the hassles of worrying about the other person trying to bed me… So we will see how this goes this year. I find it funny that every guy I talked to over the past 2 years’ seemed to remember my number for the New Year… Are they desperate for a date for the New Year, or think maybe they can get a piece of action… I’m confused.
Anyway we’ll see how this unfolds, I just want 1 quality date for 2007. That’s all my goal is.
