I’ve been keeping up with this for a while so I’m crossing it off.
I started playing Gridiron back in March and since then have been training 2 times a week plus 1 game on the weekend. I have also been going for runs in the morning when I get to work and walking my dog in the arvo.
I just got a wii fit too which has been a fun way to get a little more out of my video games.
I found I lose weight if I watch what I eat and I’m confortable were I am at now.
