I was unsure about this goal but..

the other day I had the opportunity to give a tour of our plant to a group of young girls. They asked many impressive questions about various areas of our operation. At the end of the tour they asked for advice on specific degree programs related to things that they saw. When I first adopted this goal I was unsure if anyone could ever really know when they accomplished this but I can say that I felt that had inspired them in some small way, which was a great feeling.
