So I’ve resurrected this goal! Found it, dusted it off and now it would be used to help me get back into an exercise regiment. In re-evaluating the things I’d like to achieve in the upcoming months, I’ve realized that I can use this goal as a springboard to set me off to achieve things like, becoming fit to “Run the UWI half-marathon”, “Lose 10 pounds” and “Look like a dancer”. In using 43things, I’ve realized that having small goals to reach an ultimate bigger goal, sometimes works best for me.
So this Challenge is going to be the kick in the butt that I need! I’m planning on starting first thing next Sunday, at the start of the new week (could be sooner).
PUSH UPS, SIT UPS AND SQUATS!!
This is going to be good!
