While I’m not the most stiff or clumbsy person out there, I really need some help. I’m a great dancer, but i think especially when it comes to my arms, i’m waving them around like tarzan swinging through the jungle. I got a few things I think would add grace and flexibility to my movements:
Yoga dance workout combines yoga, belly and classic indian dancing.
Aruna’s arms – an upper body workout for mostly arm posture and movement like ballerina arms, flamenco arms, belly dance arms. My arms are like tree branches!
Goddess upper body workout – a bellydance workout for the upper body, belly dancing is so gracefull isn’t it?
