clean up my house and keep it clean

Well today is official move out day.
so I had to clean my hovel. Well I had a lot of help but it is done!
It is the cleanest it has ever been, spotless for the first and last time.
Personally I think that the landlord should just knock the place down and build a townhouse like has been done down the street. I told him and he was like yeah they would like that and I said yeah you are bringing the house prices down. And he said that my moving out would raise them again. Heehee he’s a funny guy.
I called up to get my phone and power shut off. I have to go and read the meter myself for the power. Apparently even thou it is their job they will charge me $25 if they send someone to read it, Stupid useless bastards.
But I am going so yay for me!
Goodbye slum. I won’t miss you.
I spent so long there doing nothing and being depressed. But now it’s a new start for me. A whole new era begins. A brand new chapter in my life begins.

I called my landlord today to give my 3 weeks notice that I am moving out.
This means that I need to have a big old spring clean and make the place look ok for the inspection. At least it is officially spring now so it is appropriate.
Just need to be a good housebitch and turn my filthy flat into fabulously fresh and clean. Maybe if I crank up the music it will help. Why am I having visions of old movies where women amazingly turn a hovel into a heavenly haven while singing songs about how it just needs a bit of elbow grease?
I think I am gonna need a bit more than that thou, bring on the waterblasters!

Ok so its been like a month so I thought I should comment on my progress.
I have a schedule of what I clean each weekend. This I am sticking to pretty well.
But the 15mins of decluttering a day just ain’t happening so I can’t tick this off yet.
Bad wench, must try harder!

I want to be a good little woman and clean up my place and then keep it clean.
I read some flylady and think i can do 15 mins a day and write a schedule for cleaning.
