do more charity work

I already give a lot of money to charity, but I want to DO something for charity, and I don’t get a lot of time since I work 6 days a week. I’m planning a fundraiser for next year in August though. I’ve already been ordering supplies and bought a lot of decorations and have a lot of ideas on how to make it successful. I really think I can pull it off, but a few members of my family are very skeptical. They’re saying it’s too much work and this and that could go wrong. I’ve been planning very thoroughly and I am getting my friends to help me run it, so I’m thinking it will be fine. Even if I only raise a few hundred dollars, it will still be a success in my eyes. Any money generated for Charity is worth the effort. I’m hoping for at least $1000, but I’ll be happy with whatever I can get. I’m looking forward to helping out and proving that I can do it at the same time.
