Last night of the hooping challenge, I made it! Woooo-hoooo! It went great, and I’m so glad it’s over LOL. 30 days of continuos hooping, I cant believe I did it. I’m going to continue hooping, just not 30 minutes daily. Maybe just 15 minutes a day.

Keep forgetting to post here about my hooping LOL, the past few days have been OK. I’‘ve been dropping the hoop about 4 times during a 30 minutes session, which isn’t too bad. My goal of course is to keep it up the whole 30 minutes.
First off I got mad because it’s too hot for this ish! I whined about that for a while. That segued into a self-pitying rant of me whining about being so fat, hooping all the while. I was going to listen to music tonight while hooping but instead I watched part of The Ed Show and then part of Rachel Maddow. That made me feel somewhat better. Finally it was over! That was the longest half hour of my life!
Hula hooping tonight was good. I find it’s easier when I keep my mind off of it; not focus on it so much while I am doing it. Tonight’s entertainment while hooping was this show called Rizzoli and Isles. Another show I’ve never seen before, I think it is new but for all I know it’s been on for years LOL. It was very boring, I didn’t get it at all.
Hula hooping tonight went ok. I tried bending at the knee and that helped somewhat. I watched this show called The Mentalist while I was hooping. I’d never watched it before, it was ok. Doubt I’ll bother watching it again though.
Hula hooping was ok today, I think bumping the time I do it to earlier in the day is making a difference. Also watching TV while I do it instead of music, that seems to make the time go by faster. As I don’t usually have time to watch TV, this is killing two birds with one stone! Today I watched a little bit of some movie with Catherine Zeta-Jones and Sean Connery…it was hard to tell what was going on in the half hour I watched it and the chemistry between the two was just terrible, but it was exciting and full of adventure. Kept my mind off the hoop at least! I only dropped it 3 times.
Much better time of it tonight! I also got my hooping in earlier. Maybe the time of day makes a difference, I don’t know. I felt ok during the hooping, not so tired out as last night. No music with it tonight, I watched an old episode of Seinfeld instead while hooping. I was laughing so hard at one point I kept dropping the hoop LOL :)
Bleh. Out of all my workouts hula hooping is the worst. I’m getting better at it and everything, but it tires me out. It is not an energizing workout like the fast walking. Maybe I’ll start doing it in the morning, after my morning walk. That’s an idea.
I rocked it tonight! Yay! Keeping the hoop up has become easier and easier. Plus, it cooled down some tonight so that helped a great deal.
Still so hot, but I did my hula hoop workout. I even did a few minutes extra LOL. but now I feel kinda crabby. Did I mention it is hot?
