I'm very sleepy right now......... 6 months ago

I’m really like a diff. person (a grumpy, inattentive, prone to mistakes, ETC) when I don’t get a certain amount of sleep. I can get by on 6 hours or so. My aim is for 7, that’s good, but I’m not going to think about that, on a daily basis 6 is my aim. 7 if I’m planning on taking a test or driving or something else requiring alertness.

In a nutshell, I want to recognize 3 hours a night is NOT acceptable, very irresponsible. I must plan better, 6 hours os Zzzz’s is now apart of my everyday schedule.
