This has been on my mind a lot recently. More than I’d like to admit, actually. I guess it’s the ‘ole biological clock thing.

Since this is something we’ll probably try for within the next year, I am going to make some changes to get myself ready for pregnancy.

1. I will take a prenatal vitamin every day
2. Limit my coffee intake to 1 cup per day (unless I am really exhausted and then I may have 2)
3. Exercise 3-5 times per week, in the hopes that I’ll maintain an active lifestyle when I become pregnant.
4. Try to get extra folate from foods, not just vitamins
5. Pay off as much debt as possible
6. Have fun and enjoy this time with my husband
