I’ve started a list of dates in a notebook to check off when i’ve done a set of the sit ups. This way when I start to miss them I will know how much I have to make up. Also I just like the clarity of having it all set out in the notebook. I’m considering using such a notebook as a way to help keep track of everything from diet to reading habits.
